State Licensure
Some states have requirements which must be met before attending a funeral service college. All applicants should check the state funeral service licensing agency in the state in which he/she intends to practice following graduation. Applicants for a professional funeral service license must meet the requirements of the state issuing the license.

Articulation Agreements
We provide you with options that make sense for your life with a variety of classes offered online or on-campus that help you start building your career skills from day one. We also work hard to make sure you get the credit you deserve by accepting credits earned from other colleges, as well as continue your education after MA.
National Board Exam
Many states have eligibility requirements for licensure that are contingent upon completing and successfully passing the National Board Examination (NBE). Pierce Colleges encourages each graduate to schedule and take the NBE as soon as possible following graduation.
